2. Using the Website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts
Introduce viruses or harmful code
Scrape, copy or resell our content without permission
Use the site to place fraudulent orders

You must be at least 18 to place an order.

3. Products and Descriptions

We try to display our products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Screens vary, so colours may look slightly different in person. We may update or discontinue products at any time.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices shown at checkout are final, with no hidden charges. See our Shipping Policy for delivery and customs details.
Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure third-party payment providers.
We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already accepted.
If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and tracking are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to your address.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders. In summary, you can return new, unused items within 30 days of receipt, and approved refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving the return. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us with photos at support@willowharlow.shop. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business or data. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, carrier disruption, supply shortages or technical outages.
